From Homeward Bound Dog Rescue of New York

Homeward Bound Dog Rescue is a 16 year old all volunteer, non-profit organization. All of our dogs are nurtured in local foster homes close to Albany, NY and Lenoir City TN. We manage transports to NY several times a month; about 750 dogs find forever homes annually. We accept dogs from kill shelters, stranded animals including those with immediate medical needs, and owner surrenders and we rescue all breeds. We save puppies, pregnant mamas, and dogs with special needs. Applicants are thoroughly screened before, during and after adopting our dogs.
