Hi, I’m Magnolia! I’m a 2-month-old black longhair kitten with a silky coat, wide curious eyes, and just a touch of star power. I may be small, but I’ve already got big dreams—mostly involving toys, cozy blankets, and someone to adore me (I return the favor, of course). I’m playful and full of kitten energy. I love to pounce, chase, and investigate anything that moves—or might move—or once moved five minutes ago. Everything is fascinating to me, and I take my role as tiny explorer very seriously. When I’m not busy rehearsing my “zoomies,” I turn into a soft, affectionate little fluff. I love warm laps, gentle pets, and curling up close like a tiny black cloud of comfort. I purr easily, especially when I feel safe and loved. I’m still learning about the world, so I’d love a patient home to help me grow into my best self. In return, I promise to bring sweetness, silliness, and a little bit of kitten glamour to your everyday life. If you’re looking for a fluffy little companion with a big heart and a touch of sparkle, I think I could be your Sinatra!

About Best Friends Animal Society

Best Friends is working to end the killing of dogs and cats in U.S. shelters in part by getting more pets out of shelters and into loving homes.

We’ve come a long way since the first known city reached no-kill in 1994, and now we’re closer than ever to making the entire country no-kill. Of the roughly 3,900 shelters operating in America today, 1,300 of them are not yet no-kill, but nearly half are close with 100 or fewer additional pets to be saved, and we know what to do to get them there.

Best Friends is committed to working with passionate people like you to save homeless pets through adoption, volunteering, fostering, and advocacy. In addition to our lifesaving centers around the U.S, we also founded and run the nation's largest no-kill sanctuary for companion animals.

Working together, we can save homeless pets in our communities and secure a better future for our best friends. Together, we will bring the whole country to no-kill.
