If you're looking for a cat who will love you with her whole heart, meet Poly—a stunning 4-year-old black beauty with striking eyes and an even more striking capacity for affection. Poly isn’t just affectionate—she’s one of the most loving cats you’ll ever meet. She gives gentle hugs, rubs faces like you're her favorite person in the world (because you are), and wants nothing more than to snuggle up with you 24/7. She’s the ultimate lap cat, always ready for a cuddle session or a cozy nap on your pillow. Call her name and she’ll come running, tail up and eyes bright, ready to give and receive love. Whether it’s curling up in your lap, nuzzling into your neck, or gently tucking herself into a drawer or under the bed for a snooze, Poly fills every moment with sweetness and charm. Curious, gentle, and endlessly affectionate, Poly is looking for a home where she can love hard—and be loved right back. If you’ve got room in your heart (and lap), this little snugglebug is ready to be your constant companion. Come meet Poly and let her show you what true love looks like.

About Best Friends Animal Society

Best Friends is working to end the killing of dogs and cats in U.S. shelters in part by getting more pets out of shelters and into loving homes.

We’ve come a long way since the first known city reached no-kill in 1994, and now we’re closer than ever to making the entire country no-kill. Of the roughly 3,900 shelters operating in America today, 1,300 of them are not yet no-kill, but nearly half are close with 100 or fewer additional pets to be saved, and we know what to do to get them there.

Best Friends is committed to working with passionate people like you to save homeless pets through adoption, volunteering, fostering, and advocacy. In addition to our lifesaving centers around the U.S, we also founded and run the nation's largest no-kill sanctuary for companion animals.

Working together, we can save homeless pets in our communities and secure a better future for our best friends. Together, we will bring the whole country to no-kill.
