Best Friends and Hallmark Gold Crown
Partnership includes $100,000 donation and plush toys for the family
Jingle and Bell are returning again this holiday season! For the second consecutive year, Hallmark and Best Friends Animal Society are continuing their partnership and dedication to finding loving homes for 1,000 shelter pets.
The highlight of the two-year partnership is a $100,000 donation by Hallmark to Best Friends, with the money being used to help offset pet adoption fees, with the goal of helping an additional 1,000 pets find their forever homes. In addition, Hallmark will sponsor Best Friends fall super adoption events, as well as a special Bring Joy holiday adoption promotion, which begins December 1.
As part of the promotion, the popular collection of plush toys and accessories, featuring stuffed animals Jingle and Bell, will be available for purchase at Hallmark Gold Crown stores and online at Hallmark.com. Jingle and Bell have their own stories about finding their forever homes.
Among the items available will be Jingle and Bell in Santa suits, one coordinating extreme dog toy, one pet bowl placemat, two books and a double-feature DVD of the Jingle and Bell holiday programs, “Jingle All the Way” and “Jingle and Bell’s Christmas Star.”
Also debuting this year is another plush adoption line featuring a total of 24 dogs and cats, large and small, looking for their forever homes. Their stories prove that animals are individuals and each deserve a loving home.
