Help establish the California Spay Neuter Fund

California residents: Urge your legislators to approve spay/neuter funding in the state budget!

By providing much-needed funding for spay/neuter services statewide, the proposed California Spay Neuter Fund would help save more lives in California animal shelters. 

Five states have already legislated similar spay/neuter funds (Maine, Maryland, New Mexico, West Virginia, and Delaware) and it's a proven strategy for helping communities become no-kill.
