Ask your Texas senator to support House Bill 3660.

Trap-neuter-vaccinate-return (TNVR) is the only proven/humane method for controlling community cat populations.

A bill being considered by the Texas legislature will ensure that individuals and municipalities in the state may legally participate in TNVR programs — saving both cats and tax dollars.

House Bill 3660 has already passed the Texas House of Representatives. You can help this legislation advance through the Senate and ultimately become law.
