Urge the Oregon Senate to protect pets and consumers via House Bill 2915.

The Oregon Senate will soon vote on legislation that would prevent pet stores from selling puppies and kittens sourced from inhumane breeding mills.

House Bill 2915 will help put an end to the suffering of countless animals in substandard breeding facilities and help save dogs and cats in Oregon shelters (now the official state pet).

And by shrinking the retail market for mill-bred pets, there will be more opportunities for homeless dogs and cats to get adopted. That’s why more than 460 cities, counties, and states have enacted humane pet sales legislation.
