You'll be using real estate you no longer need to save the lives of animals while avoiding costly closing fees and the headache and hassle of selling a property. You'll also be saving the lives of homeless pets. It's an all-around winning scenario.

You can donate any property type (land, homes, commercial) so long as there is equity. We are unable to accept timeshares.

The money from the sale of your real estate will go toward funding the animal rescue work, spay and neuter surgeries, and educational work that Best Friends Animal Society does at our sanctuary in Utah, our lifesaving animal programs in cities around the country, and our support of animal rescue groups across the United States.
