Male Domestic Shorthair named Mogli available for adoption

Mango is currently in foster care and available to meet you via virtual meet and greet. To begin the process, please submit an adoption survey and the team will reach out via email with next steps (please check spam). If you are not sure if you're quite ready to adopt but are interested in Mango, he is also eligible for our two-week adoption trial period. This means you can take him home and see if he's the right fit for you and your family first. We'll provide all the support you need during the trial to ensure a smooth transition. Introducing Mango, a vibrant 3-year-old male orange tabby! Mango is as bright and sunny as his namesake fruit, with a playful and energetic personality that's sure to bring joy to any household. He loves to chase toys, explore new spaces, and bask in the warmth of the sun streaming through the window. Despite his playful nature, Mango also enjoys quiet moments of affection and will happily snuggle up with you for cuddles and pets. He is curious, relaxed, quite vocal when he wants something, and affectionate. He likes to play with toys that emulate hunting. He goes bonkers over a stick and string toy with some bait on the end of it and is fascinated by movement like fans and blowing air. He likes to squeeze himself into tight spaces. He likes to chat , and is a wonderful companion.

Mango's foster notes "He moved himself right in! After a week he has been playing with my other cat and taking naps all over the house. He likes to snuggle at night!"

Mango adjusted to his foster home right away, eating well, playing energetically, and asking for pets! He has an engaging personality. His foster says "He has his favorite nap places, which are either at the end of the bed or near the headboard of the bed. He will nap with me, cuddle up at night when I'm sleeping, and ask me for pets all the time! He is a playful boy who will play by himself with a mouse toy - he jumps around, hides and "hunts his prey, which is adorable to see! He also loves balls that make sounds and a wand toy with feathers at the end.". Mango loves both play and pets. He will play by himself but also likes you to be involved. He also loves being pet and will come sit next to you or follow you around to ask for pets. He is a loyal and constant companion , you could not ask for a better friend.

Mango has been neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and is up-to-date on vaccines, ensuring he's healthy and ready for his next adventure. He needs special dishes to make sure he doesn't eat too quickly.
